all-about-naruto forum rules(new members should read)

this thread will explan the various rules that go along with this forum.
RULE 1: spamming will not be tolrated and is not to be done. members who spam will be givin a warning and then banned if they do not compley with that warning. spamming means double posting and posting messages many times in a row such as double posting.
RULE 2: harrsment of any kind to other members is not to be done. such as sexual harrsment,bullying or insulting a persons religon,race or way of life. things like thease will not be givien a warning depending how bad the harrsment was. dont do it and u dont have to worry.
RULE 3: id like to ask members not to post new topics in threads that have forum news such as this one. they are for mods and myself only to help u learn more about the forum. u may post messages in topics but plz do not post topics.
RULE 4: nobody is to post any kind of porngrapihc images of any kind. nor should anyone post yoai or yuri pictures. dont do it!
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: some things u may or may not want to know is mods and myself may close topics that we think ethier breaks a rule up top or that isent going anywhere meaning it hasent been posted in for a long time or the flow of it is going nowhere. we can also delete posts that do not go with the thread or topic. if mods or myself find something in the topic or post we may ask u to delete the post or so on so make sure u listen to mods and me . also all members are to respect each other and all mod and myself.also using foul languge will not be tolrated and should not be done.also for serious cases the admin(me) can ip ban u which means u wont be able to make another account.
